Meet Dr. Brittany Fischer
Bringing the same energy and passion she shares at home as a mom, wife, and friend, Dr. Fischer enriches every patient interaction with her expertise as an orthodontist, creating a welcoming environment at the office. She is enthusiastic when discussing teeth, loves being an orthodontist, and treats each individual with the utmost care, mirroring the attention she would give her own loved ones. Dr. Fischer has been a dedicated private practice orthodontist in San Diego since 2016. She is thrilled to have created her own space where she can fulfill her vision to ensure her patients receive the highest level of personalized attention in our boutique, private practice haven.

Sustainability
One of Dr. Fischer’s goals in opening Haven Orthodontics was to make conscious decisions in the companies she works with and the equipment and supplies she purchases to minimize Haven’s carbon footprint. Due to the importance of sanitation and sterilization in the healthcare industry, it is inherently a high waste-producing field. With that in mind, Dr. Fischer began investing in, and partnering with companies that aligned with her commitment to sustainability even before construction began. Just a couple of these selections include top-of-the-line energy conserving A-dec mechanical equipment, Boyd Industries dental equipment constructed in their green facility and built to last, a Vistapure purification system integrated with the sterilization equipment and a purified drinking water dispenser in the reception space to eliminate the need for plastic water bottle delivery. Haven Orthodontics continues to be inspired by others in their sustainable efforts, so if you have ideas for us to implement, please share them with our team!
